Refund policy

Notch Handmade are happy to issue a refund for any item returned within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition in its original packaging. Customers returning items that are not faulty will be required to pay the return postage cost. For any faulty item we will offer a full refund to include return postage costs.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of personalised items.
