Mini No- Sew Satchel One Day Course

From just a couple of pieces of gorgeous, vegetable tanned leather and a small amount of hardware we will make a stunning, perfectly sized, everyday handbag.

Using leather dyes and hand tools and working from a basic template, there will be plenty of scope to keep it simple or add your own artistic twist to your creation.

This course is suitable for crafting beginners. We will be using hammers, leather punches, a Stanley knife and a small amount of glue. There will be water- based leather dyes available and I will include some acrylic leather paints for more adventurous artists.

Finished bag measures approximately 22cm wide x 15cm tall x 6cm deep and has an adjustable buckled strap.

All tools, materials and refreshments are supplied – just bring yourself (in some old clothes!)

Tea, coffee and cake are provided - you are welcome to bring a packed lunch if you wish.

Payment for the day can be made in full, or a deposit of £70 placed to secure your spot on the course. The deposit is fully refundable up until 15 days before the course date, after which time it will go towards materials for the day. A maximum of 2 places per date are available for this course.
